Pup,
The bundles of fur and over active imaginations are the future of the renegades. Pups are highly important and are always to be watched. They may be assigned caretakers or guards from any of the combat rankings to ensure their safety. To harm or threaten a whelp is to directly insult the pack and any individual that does such will be punished severely.
Pups are to stay in the camp at nearly all times, unless given permission by a parent or guardian. If away from the camp they will always be accompanied by at least one adult of the combat branches. Until they're around four months old they're not allowed to leave the territory at all, even if accompanied. If permitted on hunts they must watch a distance away and never join in until any skirmish is finished. If a battle arises or the pack is threatened, all pups are to be guarded heavily constantly. Renegades are to protect them no matter the risk. Pups may be whisked away and hidden at a safe location as well if the need arises. During these times it is mandatory to have at least one guard for every two pups. Though mischievous and curious, it's important that whelps listen to their guardians and caretakers. Of course not all pups are fully obedient and situations arise, but it's good to teach youths' about the importance of listening and following rules at a young age. A simple explore or adventure by their self could lead to death. |
